Anybody who enjoys chocolate or hazelnuts should try chocolate hazelnut tart. It makes the ideal delicacy for special occasions or just as an ordinary indulgence thanks to its rich flavor and decadent texture.

Instructions:
Combine the flour, hazelnut flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor. When the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, add the butter and pulse one more.
Combine the egg yolk and ice water in a small bowl. Add the egg mixture while the machine is running and continue processing until the dough comes together.
Then, give it a quick knead on a surface that has been lightly dusted with flour. Refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes after forming it into a disc and covering it with plastic wrap.
Turn the oven on to 375 °F. On a lightly dusted surface, roll out the dough and fit it into a 9-inch tart pan. Cut the edges, then use a fork to pierce the bottom. Pie weights or dried beans can be used to fill the parchment paper-lined crust.
The crust should bake for 15 minutes. Bake for an additional 10–15 minutes, or until lightly brown, after removing the paper and weights. Let to totally cool.
Heat the cream in a medium saucepan until it is just simmering. Once the hazelnut spread and chopped chocolate are smooth, remove from the heat.
Once the crust has cooled, pour the chocolate mixture into it and top with the chopped hazelnuts.
Dispense and savour!
Note: More chopped hazelnuts and whipped cream can be used to decorate the tart.
