Instructions of Chicken sesame:
Take a large bowl, add the cornstarch, flour, salt, and black pepper, and whisk them properly. Now take the chicken pieces and dip them in the beaten egg. Thereafter, coat them in the cornflour mixture, shaking off any excess.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Now add the chicken pieces in batches. Cook them for about 4 minutes until they appear golden brown; that means they are cooked through.
Remove them from the pan and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess oil.
Take a small saucepan, and now add the soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix and cook them over medium heat until they are slightly thicker.
In a small bowl, add cornflour and water; whisk them properly; add to the sauce; and cook them for 2 minutes until the sauce appears thickened.
Now toss the chicken pieces into the sauce and sprinkle them with sesame seeds; garnish with green onions.
