Instructions for chicken nuggets recipe:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (ca. 191 °C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut the chicken breasts into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a shallow dish, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Take another shallow dish, and whisk together the eggs and milk.
In a third shallow dish, place the bread crumbs. Dip each piece of chicken into the flour mixture first, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs into the chicken to make sure they stick well.
Place the breaded chicken pieces on the prepared baking tray.
Heat about 1/2 inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces in batches and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Once all the chicken pieces are fried, transfer to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until just cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
